In exceptional cases, such as handling oversized items or specialised delivery services (absence of lift/elevator services), additional charges may apply due to the specific expertise and equipment required, which will need to be borne by the customer. All international orders are shipped to the recipients on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and duties and taxes applicable are required to be borne by the recipient and directly paid to the respective authorities.
