Terms & Conditions of Soulful Swap:
1. Original art paintings, and certain home décor products like mirrors and vases, including bespoke orders of the same are eligible for Soulful Swap based on the extent of customization, and their demand in the market. In case of furniture only the front painted shutters of cabinets, and only parts with art on them are eligible.
2. The buyback price will be determined based on the condition of the product, time lapsed since purchase, the extent of customization and its demand in second purchase market.
3. Soulful Swaps, once approved, will be processed as:
- Store credit valid for 12 months, or
- Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with balance payable).
